Happy Birthday to us!
One year ago, in December 2016 the Brick + Bone finally opened its gates. We would like to thank everyone who has been part of our journey: YEAH!
Yep, at the beginning it wasn’t all praises. But, we took every feedback seriously, worked very hard and since then a lot has changed. Most importantly: The Brick + Bone really established in Karlsruhe. Our team has found its groove and it’s like a clockwork now. A lot of our visitors have turned into regular guests. And what makes us really happy, is, that among footballers and authors there are also students coming to us to celebrate their birthday or just to treat themselves with a delicious steak. Talking about delicious – here’s a little fun fact: The Ribeye is our bestseller so far, preferably in combination with an international red wine. When it comes to whites though, our guests go more for the domestic grapes recommended by our sommelier. Interesting, huh?
Anyway. Whether it is your first time or you are just staying true to us – we are very much looking forward to the next year with you. Cheers.
